چکیده
The present work mainly developed a mathematical model based on the plug flow and coarse fly ash particles’ fragmentation to describe behavior evolution of formation influence biomass feeding rate flue gas cooling properties, which is validated by literature data. considers homogeneous nucleation alkali vapors, heterogeneous condensation vapors newly formed particles particles, collision-coagulation between aerosol also applied numerically study analyze characteristics in cases practical boiler pulverized fuel combustion SO2 sulfation. results show that can reasonably mass PSDs PM10 its elements. initial temperature particle size increase with rate, great importance number concentration size. Elements Na, K, Cl are concentrated PM1, but rarely distributed PM1–10. increases decreases rate. obtained from experiment condition an ultra-high minimum selected may have large deviation combustion, sulfated reaction reduce corrosion rather than deposition.

Statistical Modeling of Constituents in Ash Evolved From Pulverized Coal Combustion
Industries using conventional fossil fuels have an interest in better understanding the mechanism of particulate formation during combustion since such is responsible for emission of undesired inorganic elements that directly impact the atmospheric pollution level. Fine and ultrafine particulates have tendency to escape the flue gas cleaning devices to the atmosphere. They also preferentially c...
متن کاملCombustion modelling of pulverized biomass particles at high temperatures
Biomass co-firing is becoming a promising solution to reduce CO2 emissions, due to its renewability and carbon neutrality. Biomass normally has high moisture and volatile contents, complicating its combustion behaviour, which is significantly different from that of coal. A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) combustion model of a single biomass particle is developed in this work, to predict the ...

there is no doubt that human being needs to become integrated with industry and industry needs to be progressed, daily. on the other hand, serious events in industrial units specially in oil industries has been shown that such damages and events are industry related ones. the consequence of such events and damages which resulted in chemical and poisoned explosions and loss of life and property ...
simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
